My name is Rodrigo Cárdenas and I live in Modena. For years I've been telling the world about Italian food through @SenseiCibus: I film trattorie, osterie and real dishes for an international audience.
In that work I kept seeing the same scene: places that are packed and wonderful in person, and online no one can find them. Biprimo was born from that. I help owners get found, and in doing so I help my audience discover the real gems of the Italian table.
